This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Fleet.
The position is based in Lagos and involves overseeing and optimizing fleet operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining efficient operations management.
The Assistant Manager - Fleet will coordinate and manage fleet maintenance schedules, monitor fleet performance, and implement strategies for cost efficiency and operational improvements. Additionally, the role will involve ensuring compliance with all applicable DOT regulations.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of DOT Regulations and their practical implementation
Proficiency in Fleet Operations and Fleet Management
Demonstrated Operations Management and coordination skills
Strong Analytical Skills to assess performance data and develop improvements
Effective communication and leadership abilities
Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technology for managing fleet operations
Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements and prioritize tasks
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field is preferred
