Job Description

Role Description

  • This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the CEO.

  • The ideal candidate will function as the CEO’s right hand — ensuring structure, enforcing protocol, managing communication, and keeping the CEO organized, protected, and focused.

  • This role requires high discretion, strong coordination skills, quick thinking, and a deep sense of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s schedule, priorities, meetings, and daily workflow.

  • Serve as the CEO’s gatekeeper — controlling access, communication, and enforcing proper protocol.

  • Communicate the CEO’s instructions clearly and ensure departments execute tasks accurately and on time.

  • Handle all confidential information with strict discretion and maintain professionalism at all times.

  • Review documents and correspondence before they reach the CEO to ensure quality and correctness.

  • Provide structured updates, reports, and meeting summaries to keep the CEO fully informed.

  • Support coordination of academy-wide operations and help maintain discipline, order, and workflow across departments.

  • Address staff conduct or protocol issues immediately to protect the CEO’s authority and uphold standards.

  • Coordinate logistics for CEO travel, meetings, events, and external engagements.

  • Maintain professionalism, uphold integrity, and support the CEO’s vision with loyalty and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar executive-level role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking ability.

  • Ability to work independently and manage fast-paced environments.

  • High emotional intelligence, discipline, and confidentiality.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

  • Experience in a tech company, creative agency, or fast-growing startup is a plus.

  • Must be discreet, principled, and committed to professional conduct.

  • Must be available for occasional business travel when required.
