Job Description
Location: Uyo, Akwa Ibom State (Applicants not currently residing in Uyo must be willing to relocate)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic brand initiatives to strengthen 5th Hour’s market presence.
- Design and execute creative marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
- Collaborate with the management team to conceptualize seasonal promotions and brand activations.
- Manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging brand storytelling.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Build relationships with event planners, influencers, and local businesses for partnerships.
- Ensure all visual identity, packaging, and communications align with brand standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in brand management, marketing, or creative strategy (hospitality or lifestyle industry preferred).
- Strong digital marketing and social media management skills.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical thinking.
- A proactive and flexible mindset — able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Uyo and contribute actively to the 5th Hour experience.
