Job Summary




  • We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development & Marketing Executive to lead client acquisition, resellers onboarding, and brand positioning.

  • This role combines strategic marketing with direct sales responsibilities and is critical to driving both B2B and B2C growth in a competitive market.



Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement brand marketing strategies to drive visibility and growth.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

  • Identify and engage potential resellers, installers, and direct clients.

  • Plan and execute product presentations, demonstrations, and roadshows.

  • Develop marketing materials (flyers, online content, brochures, etc.).

  • Follow up with leads and close B2B and B2C deals.

  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and partner meetings.

  • Monitor sales KPIs and prepare regular progress reports.

  • Coordinate social media campaigns and digital outreach where needed.



Requirements




  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin, or a related field.

  • 2+ years’ experience in B2B/B2C sales or marketing (experience in solar or tech is a plus).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

  • Comfortable with local travel within and outside Abuja.

  • Knowledge of renewable energy products is a strong advantage.

  • Must Reside in Abuja (only candidates in Abuja will be considered).
