Job Summary
- As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives across multiple restaurant locations.
- You will support talent management, employee relations, performance management, and operational HR efficiency to ensure smooth workforce operations within the QSR environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with restaurant managers to support staffing needs, performance management, and workforce planning
- Lead employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Oversee HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and employee welfare initiatives
- Support training, talent development, and productivity improvement across branches
- Provide HR insights and reports to management for informed decision-making.
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–6 years’ HR experience, preferably within QSR, retail, or multi-branch operations
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor regulations, and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, people-driven environment.
Salary
N450,000 – N500,000 Monthly.
