THE PROGRAM
- This intensive 1-year program offers cross-functional experience in high-impact teams like: Operations, Q-Commerce, Partners & Brands, Finance & Strategy, or Brand Marketing Services. Successful completion could lead to full-time employment with Glovo based on individual performance.
THE JOURNEY
- Client Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.
- Commercial Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to expand service adoption and increase client lifetime value.
- Advocacy: Champion client needs internally and coordinate with Operations and Product teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Strategic Recommendation: Translate complex data findings (e.g., efficiency gains, ROI metrics) into clear, compelling business cases that drive upsells or retention.
What You Will Bring To The Ride
- Recent graduate with 0-3 years of experience post graduation
- Strong Analytical Aptitude: You enjoy working with data, can recognize trends, capable of deriving meaningful insights, and familiar with basic business metrics (e.g., margins, retention).
- Attention to Detail: Meticulousness and a commitment to accuracy in your work.
- Clear Communication: The ability to explain technical concepts and data findings to non-technical audiences.
- Proactivity & Curiosity: A strong desire to learn, ask questions, and take ownership of analytical projects.
