Description




  • The candidate will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems your customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.



Responsibilities




  • Manage work in customer service, incoming phone calls and customer complaints

  • Generate sales leads

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts

  • Meet customer service team sales targets



Requirements




  • A Bachelor's Degree or HND in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Administration, Marketing, etc

  • Good communication and writing skills s knowledge of computers, and an  added advantage

  • Must be a Female

  • Keep records of customer interactions, etc

  • Interested Candidates must reside in Lagos, preferably within this key region ( Festac Town, Mile 2, Satellite Town, Ojo Town, Igando, Abule-Ado and environs).
