We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager with solid B2B experience in the pharmaceutical industry to drive new partnerships and revenue opportunities.
This role will focus on building and managing strategic relationships with gyms, fitness centres, and wellness partners to expand our product reach and wellness initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard gyms and wellness partners for product placements and activations.
Drive B2B sales strategies and partnership development.
Manage end-to-end business development cycles: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
Build strong relationships with gym owners, fitness directors, and corporate wellness teams.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams on partnership campaigns.
Track partnership performance and growth opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 2 years B2B experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
Experience working with fitness or wellness businesses is an added advantage.
