About the Role




  • We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager with solid B2B experience in the pharmaceutical industry to drive new partnerships and revenue opportunities.

  • This role will focus on building and managing strategic relationships with gyms, fitness centres, and wellness partners to expand our product reach and wellness initiatives.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify and onboard gyms and wellness partners for product placements and activations.

  • Drive B2B sales strategies and partnership development.

  • Manage end-to-end business development cycles: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing.

  • Build strong relationships with gym owners, fitness directors, and corporate wellness teams.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams on partnership campaigns.

  • Track partnership performance and growth opportunities.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

  • Minimum 2 years B2B experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.

  • Experience working with fitness or wellness businesses is an added advantage.

  • Highly driven, strategic, and self-motivated.
