Job Summary




  • As the Executive Assistant, you will handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks, which may include calendar management, travel coordination, and preparing reports.

  • Your role will also involve interacting with a variety of stakeholders inside and outside the organization, requiring a professional demeanour and strong interpersonal skills.

  • You will be expected to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • This position is not only about providing support but also about contributing to the overall success of the team.



Responsibilities




  • Act as a bridge between executives and employees, clients and business partners

  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including scheduling appointments and meetings.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for executives.

  • Prepare and edit business correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

  • Assist in the preparation of agendas and materials for meetings and take minutes as needed.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of integrity.

  • Serve as a liaison between executives and various internal and external stakeholders.

  • Perform general office duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining filing systems.



Requirements




  • 1-2 years proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • High degree of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
