As the Executive Assistant, you will handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks, which may include calendar management, travel coordination, and preparing reports.

Responsibilities
Act as a bridge between executives and employees, clients and business partners
Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for executives.
Prepare and edit business correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Assist in the preparation of agendas and materials for meetings and take minutes as needed.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of integrity.
Serve as a liaison between executives and various internal and external stakeholders.
Perform general office duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining filing systems.
Requirements
1-2 years proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
High degree of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
