Job Summary

• Are you a results-driven email marketing professional with a passion for crafting campaigns that convert?


• As an Expert Email Marketer, you’ll play a key role in driving lead generation, nurturing client relationships, and scaling marketing performance through cold email outreach, bulk campaigns, and targeted automation sequences.

Responsibilities

• Planning, creating, and executing cold email outreach and bulk email marketing campaigns for different audiences and goals


• Writing compelling copy that drives clicks, engagement, and conversions


• Managing and optimising email automation flows and sequences


• Segmenting audiences for targeted communication and improved results


• Tracking and analysing campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions, etc.)


• Conducting A/B tests and using insights to improve campaign effectiveness


• Collaborating with sales and content teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels


• Ensuring compliance with email regulations and deliverability best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience in email marketing and cold outreach (preferably in B2B or digital marketing environments)


• Strong understanding of email automation and outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot, Instantly, Mailchimp, Lemlist, ActiveCampaign, etc.)


• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills


• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on metrics


• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting
