- The sales executive is responsible for converting qualified leads into active paying customers.
- This role is strictly indoor sales, with no outdoor marketing required.
- The ideal candidate must be highly persuasive, target-driven, and skilled in communicating value to prospective customers to ensure high conversion rates.
Responsibilities
Lead Conversion & Sales Delivery:
- Convert company-generated leads into sales through follow-up calls, messages, and virtual engagements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Track and manage leads through the CRM system while ensuring timely follow-up.
- Educate prospective customers on company products, services, and benefits.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Building:
- Provide accurate information and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Build relationships with new clients and maintain long-term connections for retention.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through prompt and clear communication.
- Collaborate with the customer service and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain a daily report of leads contacted, conversions, and pending prospects.
- Provide weekly performance updates to the branch manager.
- Ensure proper documentation of customer details and transactions.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the operations and KYC team to ensure successful onboarding.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Contribute ideas on how to improve sales strategy and lead conversion efficiency.
Requirements
- OND / HND / BSc in any field (business-related courses are an added advantage).
- 3 – 8 years of experience in sales, tele-sales, customer service, or lead conversion roles.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Must be target-driven and resilient.
- Ability to convert leads to sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools or lead-tracking platforms (added advantage).
