This role requires a high degree of precision, creativity and knowledge in the art of Nigerian dishes and pastry. Your responsibilities include the following:
- Develop and design innovative menus and signature recipes.
- Ensure consistent quality and preparation of all dishes.
- Oversee the kitchen staff, provide training where necessary and ensure that all cooks and assistants follow our standard recipes.
- Collaborate with the management to improve kitchen efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate them into the menu.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation standards.
- Attend to any other work from the management.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 years experience.
