About the Role
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Trainer with hands-on experience in aesthetic training.
- The ideal candidate will deliver high–quality clinical education, support product adoption, and contribute to the professional growth of healthcare practitioners across our partner locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver practical and theoretical training on aesthetic devices, injectables, and skincare products.
- Develop up-to-date training materials, including SOPs, manuals, and presentations.
- Support product launches through demonstrations, workshops, and field engagement.
- Assess learning outcomes using tests, feedback forms, and post-training evaluations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in medical aesthetics and device operations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and technical teams to ensure accurate product knowledge and messaging.
- Conduct on-site training, troubleshoot device usage, and promote best practices.
- Ensure adherence to medical, ethical, and safety standards.
- Submit training reports and recommendations to management.
- Represent the company professionally in all training and customer-facing engagements.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Training completion rates for new hires
- Improvement in pre- and post-training competency scores
- Alignment of training content with clinical guidelines and company policies
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years practical experience in aesthetic training
- Proven experience facilitating training, workshops, or clinical education
- Strong curriculum design and presentation skills
- Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate learners
- Excellent organizational, communication, and reporting abilities
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
