We are seeking a Head in Human Resources who will be responsible for leading the company’s Human Resources operations, driving people strategy, and ensuring a healthy, productive, and compliant workplace. This role oversees recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, HR policies, and organizational development.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement the company’s HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead HR planning, forecasting, and organizational development initiatives.
Provide guidance to leadership on HR best practices, workforce management, and company culture.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes.
Build a strong employer brand and ensure efficient hiring practices.
Implement talent development programs, succession planning, and career paths.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions professionally.
Promote teamwork, engagement, and employee wellness programs.
Implement performance appraisal systems and KPIs.
Ensure fair, data-driven evaluation and reward processes.
Support managers in coaching, feedback, and staff development.
Oversee payroll, leave management, HR documentation, and employee records.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain and update HR policies, contracts, and handbooks.
Identify training needs and develop learning programs for all levels.
Organize workshops, skill development sessions, and leadership training.
Track training outcomes and overall workforce development.
Oversee compensation structures, salary reviews, and employee benefits.
Requirements
Minimum 5–10 years HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
High emotional intelligence and ability to manage sensitive matters.
