Job Description







  • We are seeking a Head in Human Resources who will be responsible for leading the company’s Human Resources operations, driving people strategy, and ensuring a healthy, productive, and compliant workplace. This role oversees recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, HR policies, and organizational development.



Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement the company’s HR strategy aligned with business objectives.

  • Lead HR planning, forecasting, and organizational development initiatives.

  • Provide guidance to leadership on HR best practices, workforce management, and company culture.

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes.

  • Build a strong employer brand and ensure efficient hiring practices.

  • Implement talent development programs, succession planning, and career paths.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

  • Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions professionally.

  • Promote teamwork, engagement, and employee wellness programs.

  • Implement performance appraisal systems and KPIs.

  • Ensure fair, data-driven evaluation and reward processes.

  • Support managers in coaching, feedback, and staff development.

  • Oversee payroll, leave management, HR documentation, and employee records.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain and update HR policies, contracts, and handbooks.

  • Identify training needs and develop learning programs for all levels.

  • Organize workshops, skill development sessions, and leadership training.

  • Track training outcomes and overall workforce development.

  • Oversee compensation structures, salary reviews, and employee benefits.



Requirements




  • Minimum 5–10 years HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • High emotional intelligence and ability to manage sensitive matters.
