Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site and live in role based in Lagos for a House Manager.
- The House Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Children's Shelter, ensuring a safe and efficient environment.
- Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing household schedules, preparing meals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and conducting training sessions for household employees.
Note it is a live in role with some days off.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and experience overseeing team members
- Excellent Communication skills for both verbal and written interactions
- Experience in Training staff to maintain high standards of service
- Ability to ensure people management
- Proficiency in Cooking and meal preparation
- High level of organisational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in household management is a plus
- Experience in Child care is a plus
- Bachelor's degree and skills in Sociology, Administration, or a related field is preferred
