Job Summary




  • We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of HR to lead all HR functions within the organization.

  • The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development while ensuring compliance with labor regulations.



Key Responsibilities




  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies to support organizational growth.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR best practices.

  • Lead workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and retention initiatives.

  • Provide guidance to management on HR matters, including conflict resolution and organizational development.

  • Manage compensation and benefits structures to attract and retain top talent.

  • Maintain HR analytics and prepare reports to support decision-making.

  • Supervise and mentor the HR team to drive efficiency and professionalism.



Requirements




  • B.Sc. or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 – 7 years experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.

  • HR certification is mandatory (e.g., CIPM, SHRM).

  • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in HR consulting or professional services is a strong advantage.
