We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of HR to lead all HR functions within the organization.
The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development while ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies to support organizational growth.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR best practices.
Lead workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and retention initiatives.
Provide guidance to management on HR matters, including conflict resolution and organizational development.
Manage compensation and benefits structures to attract and retain top talent.
Maintain HR analytics and prepare reports to support decision-making.
Supervise and mentor the HR team to drive efficiency and professionalism.
Requirements
B.Sc. or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 – 7 years experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
HR certification is mandatory (e.g., CIPM, SHRM).
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in HR consulting or professional services is a strong advantage.
