We are looking for a Senior Business  Manager with high business accumen whose core responsibilities will include:

• Understanding the nature of the business and able to create different predictive analysis for company expansion


• Providing business expertise to different departments based on company growth  


• Must be able to work as a team player while liaising with different department heads such as Head of Sales, Head of IT, Head of Support etc


• Analyzing  company financial data using accounting software to identify trends or problems with company operations


• Developing key business strategies to increase revenue by identifying new markets, products or services that meet customer needs


• Reviewing financial reports to assess business performance and make recommendations for improvement to the CEO


• Maintaining relationships with vendors, clients, and other contacts in order to ensure customer satisfaction and retention while working closely with head of departments.


• Setting and managing budgets in collaboration with Head of Sales unit by monitoring spending and initiating cost-cutting measures when necessary


• Creating long-term goals for the Business unit based on company objectives, requirements of industry standards, and customer needs


• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on company performance -reporting directly to the CEO 


• Ensure business and general team sustainability is taking place per CEO’s vision.

With these qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years experience in IT Managerial and operations fields with very strong analytical background.


• Demonstrable experience in IT and business continuity  together with the potential and attitude required to learn


• Knowledgeable on sales and relationship management along with experience in identifying and managing  key market players


• Solid knowledge of  analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics,Excel,PPT) 


• Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.


• Experience in managing large and diverse teams


• Experience working in a fast-growing IT firm (preferably)
