Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Business Manager with high business accumen whose core responsibilities will include:
- Understanding the nature of the business and able to create different predictive analysis for company expansion
- Providing business expertise to different departments based on company growth
- Must be able to work as a team player while liaising with different department heads such as Head of Sales, Head of IT, Head of Support etc
- Analyzing company financial data using accounting software to identify trends or problems with company operations
- Developing key business strategies to increase revenue by identifying new markets, products or services that meet customer needs
- Reviewing financial reports to assess business performance and make recommendations for improvement to the CEO
- Maintaining relationships with vendors, clients, and other contacts in order to ensure customer satisfaction and retention while working closely with head of departments.
- Setting and managing budgets in collaboration with Head of Sales unit by monitoring spending and initiating cost-cutting measures when necessary
- Creating long-term goals for the Business unit based on company objectives, requirements of industry standards, and customer needs
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on company performance -reporting directly to the CEO
- Ensure business and general team sustainability is taking place per CEO’s vision.
With these qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience in IT Managerial and operations fields with very strong analytical background.
- Demonstrable experience in IT and business continuity together with the potential and attitude required to learn
- Knowledgeable on sales and relationship management along with experience in identifying and managing key market players
- Solid knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics,Excel,PPT)
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Experience in managing large and diverse teams
- Experience working in a fast-growing IT firm (preferably)
