Role Description




  • This is a full-time, on-site position located in Abuja for an Account Relationship Manager.

  • The Account Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Day-to-day tasks include managing client accounts, analyzing financial needs, developing financial solutions, and driving sales growth through client engagement.

  • The role also involves working closely with internal teams to address client queries and providing exceptional service to meet individual client needs.



Qualifications




  • Strong relationship management skills, customer service expertise, and client retention experience.

  • Proven ability in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for developing and maintaining client relationships.

  • Sales experience, financial analysis skills, and an aptitude for identifying and pursuing business development opportunities.

  • Proficiency with account management tools and familiarity with CRM platforms.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

  • Understanding of banking products, services, and modern financial technologies.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets under minimal supervision.

  • Previous experience in the microfinance or banking sector is an advantage.
