Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop annual sales strategy and business plan to drive business growth and the achievement of set goals including increasing sales, market share and profitability; cascade it down to quarterly and monthly sales operations plan
- Prospect for and identify new business opportunities in the BFSI space
- Lead FSI market research, market analysis and competitive analysis in order to identify threats and opportunities and develop marketing plan and activities accordingly.
- Develop the sales and marketing division’s budget in collaboration with finance
- Lead the development and execution of product launches and related marketing initiatives in the BFSI space.
- Ensure adherence to the sales process in order to achieve market share gains within key customers in the FSI segment
- Drive and monitor the implementation of the sales and marketing strategy and take necessary actions to correct deviations
- Ensure all marketing strategies adhere to the company’s ethical code of conduct.
- Source and manage relationships with and evaluate the effectiveness of outsourced providers of marketing services.
Qualifications
- B.SC/HND in Marketing or any other relevant disciplines
- 7 to 10 years’ experience in the ICT sector.
- Knowledge of selling IT solutions and/or infrastructure will be an added advantage
- Strong track record in selling (primarily to Banks & Other FSIs) and other sectors
