Job Description




  • Develop and implement signature continental dish recipes and menus that showcase creativity and innovation.

  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency.

  • Ensure that all cooks and assistants maintain consistency of food taste by following a well defined recipe.

  • Provide leadership and responsibility for the kitchen operations.

  • Monitor the quality and quantity of food that is prepared.

  • Training of kitchen staff.

  • Ensure high level of hygiene and cleaniness in the kitchen.

  • Ensure that all kitchen staff adhere to safety standard.

  • Attend to any other work from the management.



Requirements




  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a chef, preferably as a continental chef, in a luxury hospitality outlet.

  • The candidate must be highly skilled in Continental Dishes.
