Job Summary

• To build and manage the national reform intelligence system, track policy performance, generate actionable insights, and produce analytics reports for use by the Presidency and MDAs.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect the National Reform Tracker


• Define KPIs with each MDA


• Lead development of dashboards


• Oversee policy analysts and researchers


• Produce Weekly Intelligence Digests


• Conduct cross-sector analysis


• Manage all reform-related data pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Policy, Economics, Data Science or related field (Master's preferred)


• 7–10 years in analytics, policy, governance, economics


• Strong modelling and interpretation skills.


• Proficiency with analytics tools (Python/R, BI).


• Strong leadership and quality assurance skills.
