Job Summary

• To lead and manage the full operational environment of the institution's Situation Room, ensuring 24/7 monitoring, rapid response, accurate intelligence flow, inter-agency coordination, and seamless execution of the daily command cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the National Digital Situation Room


• Supervise analysts, monitoring technicians, and shift teams


• Run the morning, midday, and evening command cycles


• Ensure intelligence flows to Presidency, EFCC, NITDA, ONSA, MDAs


• Lead crisis escalation workflows


• Maintain situational awareness dashboards


• Approve SitReps, daily summaries, weekly command briefs


• Drive fulfillment of the 12-week master work-plan.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Security, or related field. (Master's preferred)


• 8 - 12 years experience in operations, intelligence, crisis management or strategic coordination.


• Strong crisis management and coordination skills


• Experience with high-level reporting and decision systems.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
