Based on the responsibilities, the candidate should possess:




  • Proven Experience: Extensive experience as a General Manager or senior hotel manager in a 5-star or luxury hotel environment.

  • Business Acumen: Strong financial skills with a proven track record in P&L management, budgeting, and driving profitability.

  • Marketing Savvy: A modern understanding of marketing, including digital, social media, and brand positioning strategies.

  • Operational Excellence: A hands-on leader who can optimize operations and ensure flawless service execution.

  • Leadership: An inspirational and ethical leader who can develop staff and build a positive, high-energy team culture.

  • Networking Skills: A natural ambassador, comfortable and effective in networking with HNIs, corporate leaders, and expatriates.

Requirements




  • B.Sc./BA in hotel management or a related field

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in hotel management at the general management level in a 5-star hotel establishment.
