Job Summary




  • We are seeking a smart, passionate, and highly motivated Sales Manager to lead its sales operations in Auchi.

  • This role requires a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, and a high-performing sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • You will spearhead business growth, build and manage a dynamic sales team, deepen customer engagement, and drive revenue expansion across multiple channels.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute robust sales strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve ambitious performance targets.

  • Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and expansion channels within the region.

  • Build strong relationships with merchants, agents, customers, and key stakeholders.

  • Ensure excellent customer experience and provide timely resolutions to customer issues.

  • Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to guide sales initiatives.

  • Monitor sales performance, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and recommend improvements.

  • Represent the company at events, meetings, and stakeholder engagements to strengthen brand presence.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field.

  • 3–7 years proven success in sales, preferably in FinTech, financial services, FMCG, or telecom.

  • Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance metrics and make informed decisions.

  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Auchi, Edo State.
