We are seeking a smart, passionate, and highly motivated Sales Manager to lead its sales operations in Auchi.
This role requires a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, and a high-performing sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You will spearhead business growth, build and manage a dynamic sales team, deepen customer engagement, and drive revenue expansion across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute robust sales strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve ambitious performance targets.
Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and expansion channels within the region.
Build strong relationships with merchants, agents, customers, and key stakeholders.
Ensure excellent customer experience and provide timely resolutions to customer issues.
Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to guide sales initiatives.
Monitor sales performance, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and recommend improvements.
Represent the company at events, meetings, and stakeholder engagements to strengthen brand presence.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field.
3–7 years proven success in sales, preferably in FinTech, financial services, FMCG, or telecom.
Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance metrics and make informed decisions.
