Our client is seeking a smart, passionate, and highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand market penetration.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities to drive company revenue and market expansion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, agents, and key stakeholders.
Develop and execute innovative sales and business development strategies tailored to target markets.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
Present solutions to prospective clients and manage end-to-end conversion processes.
Work closely with internal teams to improve product offerings, customer experience, and service delivery.
Prepare sales reports, performance updates, proposals, and business presentations for management.
Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and community engagements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or any related field.
1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (experience in fintech or financial services is an advantage).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding confidence, initiative, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a growth-oriented mindset.
Ability to meet targets, manage client expectations, and deliver quality results.
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Auchi, Edo State.
