Project management: Manage budgets, schedules, and resources, and oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to plans.
Technical documentation: Prepare engineering reports, detailed drawings, specifications, and other construction documents.
Compliance and risk assessment: Ensure projects comply with all environmental, safety, and zoning regulations. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Collaboration: Work with and provide technical guidance to clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
Educational background: A Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is typically required.
5 - 10 years of experience with previous experience in EPC projects
COREN registered and PMP is an advantage
Technical skills: Proficiency in design software, strong mathematical skills, and a solid understanding of construction principles.
Problem-solving: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
Communication: Excellent communication skills are essential for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
