Overall Purpse of Job




  • The BPO Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of field sales representatives to drive product sales, market penetration and customer acquisition.

  • The role focuses on planning, implementing and monitoring field sales strategies to achieve business targets while ensuring excellent customer engagement and brand visibility in the assigned territory.



Responsibilities




  • Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate field sales agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.

  • Develop and execute field sales strategies and action plans to expand market reach and meet business goals.

  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly performance reviews to track agent productivity and ensure target achievement.

  • Identify new business opportunities, key markets, and potential customers within assigned territories.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide feedback for business improvement.

  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, market intelligence, and agent performance.

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to plan promotional activities and product activations.

  • Manage customer relationships, resolve escalations, and ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention.

  • Enforce compliance with company policies, sales processes, and code of conduct among field agents.

  • Drive continuous performance improvement and skill development through coaching and mentoring.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.

  • 3-5 years’ experience in field sales or direct sales management, preferably in telecommunications, ISP, or fibre broadband sales.

  • Proven experience in managing field sales teams and achieving / exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of fibre broadband products and customer journey processes is an advantage.

  • Excellent planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple territories.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools (CRM, Excel, etc.).

  • Willingness to travel extensively and work on the field as required.
