We are seeking a very smart, passionate, and highly motivated Sales Representative to join their fast-growing team. The ideal candidate is energetic, business-savvy, customer-focused, and excited about driving financial inclusion through technology.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and onboard new customers, merchants, and business partners.
Promote the company’s financial products and services across assigned territories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Conduct field marketing, product demonstrations, and market activations.
Gather market intelligence and provide actionable feedback to management.
Ensure excellent customer support and proper resolution of client issues.
Prepare and submit timely sales reports.
Requirements
OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in any field.
1–3 years experience in sales, marketing, field activation, agent acquisition, or customer service (fintech experience is an added advantage).
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Smart, confident, self-driven, and result-oriented
Must be able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with POS terminals, agency banking, or digital finance is a plus.
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Auchi.
