About the Role




  • We are seeking a very smart, passionate, and highly motivated Sales Representative to join their fast-growing team. The ideal candidate is energetic, business-savvy, customer-focused, and excited about driving financial inclusion through technology.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify, engage, and onboard new customers, merchants, and business partners.

  • Promote the company’s financial products and services across assigned territories.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and loyalty.

  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.

  • Conduct field marketing, product demonstrations, and market activations.

  • Gather market intelligence and provide actionable feedback to management.

  • Ensure excellent customer support and proper resolution of client issues.

  • Prepare and submit timely sales reports.



Requirements




  • OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in any field.

  • 1–3 years experience in sales, marketing, field activation, agent acquisition, or customer service (fintech experience is an added advantage).

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

  • Smart, confident, self-driven, and result-oriented

  • Must be able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with POS terminals, agency banking, or digital finance is a plus.

  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Auchi.
