Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct initial consultations to assess clients' health history, concerns, and fertility goals.
- Develop personalized acupuncture treatment plans to support reproductive health and improve fertility outcomes.
- Administer acupuncture treatments to address fertility-related issues, balancing the reproductive system and improving blood flow.
- Work closely with fertility specialists and other healthcare providers to create integrative care plans.
- Provide guidance on lifestyle changes, nutrition, and stress management to enhance acupuncture benefits.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in line with Nordica Fertility’s protocols.
- Educate patients on the benefits of acupuncture throughout the fertility treatment process, including IVF, IUI
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Interested candidates should possess an HND, Bachelor's or Master's Degree with 3-7 years experience.
- Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac.) preferable
- Strong background or interest in fertility acupuncture, with a deep understanding of its benefits for reproductive health.
Knowledge, Skills and Other Abilities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with the Nordica Fertility team.
- Flexibility to manage patient appointments and treatment schedules.
