Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve enterprise sales targets and revenue goals

  • Identify and prioritize new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision makers, and influencers.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Negotiate complex contracts and proposals, ensuring terms and conditions align with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Manage and report on sales pipeline, forecasting revenue and providing regular updates to senior management.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and share knowledge with colleagues and customers.



Requirements




  • BSc / HND in marketing, business administration or any related course

  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience, preferably in sales of enterprise solutions in Abuja.

  • Proven record of exceeding sales targets

  • Ability to create and develop sales strategies

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
