Position Overview




  • We are seeking an exceptional Growth / Marketing Executive to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion across our portfolio companies.

  • This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities who can build scalable growth systems, optimize conversion funnels, and establish strategic partnerships that accelerate our market presence.



What You'll Do

Bring in More Customers (This is your main focus):




  • Create and improve marketing funnels that get people to buy our courses and sign up for our software

  • Run ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter

  • Work on SEO so people can find us on Google

  • Create content that attracts the right customers

  • Find new ways to get leads and turn them into paying customers



Help Our Sales Team Close More Deals:




  • Work with our copywriters and sales team to improve our sales messages

  • Make sure our sales team has good scripts and materials to close deals

  • Track how customers move from seeing our ads to making a purchase

  • Test different approaches and use what works best



Build Partnerships:




  • Find companies that can sell our products for us

  • Partner with influencers and other businesses to reach more people

  • Create affiliate programs that bring in revenue

  • Manage these partnerships to make sure they're working



Keep Customers Coming Back:




  • Send emails that keep customers engaged

  • Run webinars and share customer success stories



Build our brand and reputation:




  • Create programs that reduce customer churn



Track Everything:




  • Monitor important numbers like cost per customer, return on ad spend, and conversion rates

  • Create reports for leadership showing what's working



Run tests to improve results:




  • Use data to make smart decisions.



What You Need

Experience:




  • 5 - 7 years working in marketing, especially digital marketing

  • You've run successful marketing campaigns before and can show the results

  • Experience with tech companies, SaaS, or online education is a plus

  • You've managed marketing budgets before



Skills You Must Have:




  • You know how to run Facebook/Instagram ads and Google ads

  • You understand Google Analytics and can read marketing data

  • You know about SEO and content marketing

  • You've used email marketing tools and CRM systems

  • You can run A/B tests and figure out what works

  • You're comfortable using AI tools for marketing



Your Work Style:




  • You think strategically but can also get things done
