What You’ll Actually Do




  • Work the pizza line like a pro: Stretch dough quickly and evenly, top it accurately, and hit consistent bake times even during rushes.

  • Own the oven: You’ll manage the flow of pizzas in and out so nothing comes out underbaked, burnt, or late.

  • Prep smart: Slice, portion, label, rotate ingredients, and make sure the station is always stocked before the doors open.

  • Keep the pace up: You’ll move fast, keep your station clean, and stay one step ahead when orders start piling up.

  • Maintain standards that customers taste: Follow exact recipes and portioning so every pizza tastes like it should, every single time.

  • Communicate like it matters: Call out when you need backup, when ingredients run low, or when you see something slowing the team down.



What We’re Looking For




  • Someone who enjoys the controlled chaos of a busy quick-service kitchen.

  • You don’t need fine-dining experience you do need strong hands, fast reflexes, and pride in your food.

  • Knows the difference between “good enough” and “this is what we serve.”

  • Can multitask without melting when it gets hot (physically and mentally).

  • Comfortable working around ovens, standing for long periods, and lifting 20 25kg when restocking dough or ingredients.

  • You like systems, clear standards, and doing things right the first time.

  • You enjoy a team environment where everyone moves fast and talks fast.

  • You want a role where you can actually see the result of your work in every pizza that hits the pass.
