We are seeking a competent and visionary Head of Lagride Academy to lead all training, onboarding, and professional development initiatives for Lagride Captains.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and strong leader with a passion for human development, operational structure, and quality delivery.
This position requires a proactive and result-oriented professional capable of building a training institution that produces well-trained, responsible, and service-driven Captains.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight for the Academy’s operations, ensuring alignment with Lagride’s mission and mobility objectives.
Training Development: Design, implement, and monitor driver training programs focused on professionalism, safety, customer service, and technology usage.
Curriculum Management: Develop and continuously update training modules, ensuring they meet industry standards and operational realities.
Staff Supervision: Lead and coordinate a team of instructors, training officers, and administrative staff to deliver efficient and impactful sessions.
Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate trainee progress, ensuring readiness before deployment into active service.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, Operations, and Technical Units to ensure training outcomes directly improve service quality and operational performance.
Compliance & Certification: Ensure all training programs meet regulatory and company standards, issuing certificates to qualified Captains.
Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on training performance, driver readiness, and Academy impact for management review.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 7 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in leadership or training management position.
Proven experience in designing and managing large-scale training programs.
Excellent leadership, presentation, and communication skills.
Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
Experience within the transportation, logistics, or e-hailing industry is a major advantage.
