Location: Lekki/Ajah (proximity to Lekki/Ajah is key)



TAG Energy is an integrated service company offering a comprehensive range of oilfield products and support services in the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry, is looking to hire an experienced Front Desk/Office Admin



Responsibilities




  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.

  • Manage the administration of petty cash and payment vouchers.

  • Supervise the purchase of office monthly supplies.

  • Attending phone calls and ensuring issues are sorted on time.

  • Oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

  • Manage facility projects, including renovations, upgrades, and new installations.

  • Develop and manage procurement budgets, and source for goods, services, and equipment necessary for facility operations, maintenance, and projects.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, maintenance, and engineering, to ensure alignment and effective facility support.

  • Perform administrative and executive support responsibilities to members of the management, including but not limited to booking flights, accommodation, and logistics arrangements.

  • Manage vehicle repair and maintenance as well as documents renewals as at when due.

  • Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and front reception duties as necessary.

  • Prepare travel vouchers and fuel vouchers for team members as needed.

  • Update appointment calendars and schedule follow-up appointments for management as required.

  • Perform other additional administrative responsibilities, while maintaining an orderly front desk/ reception space.



General Requirements




  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative roles.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office)

  • Attention to details.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing company.

  • Ability to work with little or no supervision and work within a small team.
