Role Description




  • This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nigeria, for the role of Head, Client Management Services.

  • The Head will oversee client relationships and manage a team to ensure superior service delivery.

  • Responsibilities include driving business growth through strategic client engagement, leading client service teams, identifying opportunities for business development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet company objectives.

  • The role will also involve managing client accounts, ensuring adherence to budgets, and achieving key sales and financial targets.



Qualifications




  • Proven expertise in Business Relationship Management and Business Development to foster strong client partnerships and identify growth opportunities.

  • Experience in Team Management, with strong leadership abilities to guide, mentor, and drive performance within teams.

  • Knowledge of Finance and Sales, with the ability to manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and meet revenue goals.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; additional certifications in client relationship management or leadership are advantageous.

  • Experience in the technology or telecommunications industry is preferred.
