This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nigeria, for the role of Head, Client Management Services.
The Head will oversee client relationships and manage a team to ensure superior service delivery.
Responsibilities include driving business growth through strategic client engagement, leading client service teams, identifying opportunities for business development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet company objectives.
The role will also involve managing client accounts, ensuring adherence to budgets, and achieving key sales and financial targets.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Business Relationship Management and Business Development to foster strong client partnerships and identify growth opportunities.
Experience in Team Management, with strong leadership abilities to guide, mentor, and drive performance within teams.
Knowledge of Finance and Sales, with the ability to manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and meet revenue goals.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; additional certifications in client relationship management or leadership are advantageous.
Experience in the technology or telecommunications industry is preferred.
