Job Summary
- We are seeking the services of a motivated and goal-driven Graduate Van Sales Representative.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product sales, expanding market coverage, and ensuring product availability across retail outlets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and manage a sales van to distribute Elkris ball food products to retailers, supermarkets, and designated outlets.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets within assigned routes.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure consistent product availability.
- Identify new retail opportunities and onboard new customers.
- Follow up payments, and ensure accurate daily remittance.
- Conduct routine checks on van stock levels and reconcile inventory at start and end of each day.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide relevant market intelligence.
- Ensure proper display and visibility of products at various outlets.
- Maintain the sales van in good working condition and report any issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports and route summaries.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (BSc Degree / HND) in any discipline.
- Proven experience in van sales or FMCG sales (advantageous but not compulsory for fast learners).
- Valid driver’s license and good knowledge of road networks.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet set targets.
- Must be reliable, disciplined, and trustworthy.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and record keeping.
Salary
N100,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
