Summary
- The successful candidate will play a key role in driving product visibility, sustaining customer relationships, and expanding our presence across hotels, restaurants, eateries, and food-service outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, and key food-service clients.
- Promote and drive the adoption of Elkris ball food products within assigned territories.
- Conduct regular client visits to ensure product availability, collect feedback, and support menu integration.
- Identify new business opportunities and prepare proposals to onboard new hospitality partners.
- Monitor product performance, gather market intelligence, and report competitor activities.
- Ensure timely communication between clients and internal departments (production, logistics, sales).
- Plan and execute product presentations, tasting sessions, and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer engagements, and follow-ups.
- Support the development of product strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (B.Sc/HND) in Marketing, Business Administration, Food Science, Hospitality Management, or any related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for the food-service industry and ability to build professional relationships.
- Good knowledge of sales, marketing, and client management.
- Ability to work independently and meet set targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience in food marketing or hospitality (an added advantage).
Salary
N200,000 - N400,000 / month.
