Key Responsibilities
- Team leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and mentorship to help them meet their goals.
- Sales performance: Set and monitor sales goals, analyze sales data, and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
- Budget management: Prepare and manage the annual sales budget for the region.
- Client relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners.
- Market analysis: Monitor competitors, identify market opportunities, and stay up-to-date on industry trends to suggest improvements in sales approaches.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as marketing, to align efforts and participate in sales and marketing meetings.
- Strategy and planning: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Requirements, Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in any Biomedical, Pharmacy, Medicine, Marketing, Medical Engineering or related fields
- A Master’s degree or an MBA would be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience of proven experience as a Marketer.
