Key Responsibilities




  • Welcome and assist customers in selecting prescription and non-prescription products.

  • Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

  • Maintain stock levels by receiving, unpacking, labeling, and displaying products.

  • Ensure the pharmacy environment is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

  • Provide information on product features, usage, and pricing.



Qualifications & Skills




  • Minimum of OND; additional training in sales is an added advantage.

  • 2 years retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
