JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing & Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and promoting the company’s range of tech-based products including solar panels, energy storage systems, construction machinery, household appliances, e-bikes, and power solutions. The role involves identifying new market opportunities, managing client accounts, executing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction to support the company’s expansion within the Nigerian market.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Promote and sell the company’s products across various categories (solar, machinery, appliances, e-bikes, power solutions).
- Identify new business opportunities and engage potential clients across Lagos and other target markets.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, retailers, and end users.
- Prepare and deliver marketing presentations, product demonstrations, and sales materials.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with measurable results.
- Conduct market research to analyze competition, pricing trends, and customer needs.
- Manage after-sales support, follow-ups, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- Prior experience in sales or marketing (experience in solar, energy, electronics, or machinery is an advantage).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under minimal supervision.
- Good knowledge of Lagos markets and customer segments.
- Must be proactive, result-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to travel for market visits and client engagements when required.
