JOB SUMMARY
The Operations & Marketing Manager will oversee day-to-day business operations while driving strategic marketing and sales initiatives. This role requires a highly organized, result-driven professional who can coordinate staff, optimize processes, manage customer interactions, and execute marketing campaigns that improve brand visibility and revenue growth.
JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and sales plans
- Supervise and support the marketing and sales team
- Track sales performance and report operational metrics
- Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies
- Coordinate logistics, inventory, and product distribution
- Execute digital and offline marketing campaigns
- Manage customer feedback, complaints, and service improvement
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Prepare weekly/monthly operational and marketing reports
REQUIREMENTS
- OND/HND/BSc in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in operations or marketing management
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Good knowledge of sales processes and market dynamics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Experience in tech, solar, electronics, or machinery market is an advantage
