Job Description
We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market penetration within the Telecom/ISP sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, nurturing long-term client relationships, and contributing directly to the company’s competitive positioning and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Execution
- Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise-level opportunities within the ISP/Telecom market.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and available resources.
- Design and implement robust sales strategies that expand the company’s customer base and enhance market visibility.
- Identify emerging market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored sales solutions to maximize value.
- Respond promptly to customer complaints, inquiries, and provide after-sales support when needed.
- Manage and grow existing customer portfolios to optimize business opportunities.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and present accurate sales reports, revenue forecasts, and market insights to management.
- Handle the processing of customer orders with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Store, manage, and present financial and non-financial customer data electronically for reporting purposes.
Operational & Administrative Support
- Ensure the availability of sales-related materials, tools, and resources to support sales operations.
- Inform clients of any unforeseen delays, service issues, or relevant updates.
- Collaborate with the service delivery, technical, and support teams to ensure seamless project implementation and client satisfaction.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or relevant field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
- 3–5 years proven experience in Sales within an ISP or Telecommunications company (mandatory).
- Proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong ability to drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of internet technologies, broadband solutions, and network-related services.
- Strong business acumen and ability to identify new market opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a high degree of professionalism and accountability.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a high level of dedication.
