Job Summary




  • The Entry-Level Treasury Officer supports the treasury team in managing the company’s cash flows, banking operations, liquidity, and financial transactions.

  • The role involves daily monitoring of bank accounts, preparing treasury reports, supporting payment processing, reconciling transactions, and assisting in ensuring adequate liquidity for business operations.



Key Responsibilities




  • Monitor daily bank balances and cash positions across all company accounts.

  • Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly treasury reports.

  • Assist in processing vendor payments, staff reimbursements, and other financial transactions.

  • Support cash flow forecasting and ensure adequate funds for operational needs.

  • Assist with bank reconciliations and investigate variances or unusual transactions.

  • Maintain proper documentation of payment instructions, approvals, and bank correspondence.

  • Track inflows and outflows, ensuring timely settlement of obligations.

  • Support the treasury team in managing relationships with banks and financial institutions.

  • Ensure treasury operations comply with internal controls, financial policies, and audit requirements.

  • Assist in monitoring loan schedules, interests, and other financing arrangements.

  • Participate in month-end closing activities by providing treasury-related schedules.

  • Maintain accurate and organized treasury files and records.



Key Requirements




  • OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.

  • 0 - 2 years’ experience in finance, accounting, treasury, or related roles (fresh graduates can apply).

  • Basic knowledge of financial principles, cash flow management, and banking operations is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.

  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Integrity, confidentiality, and strong ethical standards.

  • Ability to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
