This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal Sales Manager based in Lagos State, Nigeria.
The Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales activities within the designated zone, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
The role involves working closely with the distribution network, analyzing market trends, and providing regular sales reports to senior management.
The Zonal Sales Manager will also be responsible for training and mentoring the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
5+ years experience in the Alcohol beverage is essential.
Proven experience in sales management, sales strategy development, and customer relationship management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze market trends and sales data to make informed decisions
Proficient in using sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
