Key Responsibilities




  • Lead and oversee EPC substation installation projects from planning to completion.

  • Ensure effective feasibility analysis, project planning, cost management, resource allocation, design coordination, procurement, and execution.

  • Hold and attend customer meetings while maintaining strong professional relationships.

  • Ensure timely execution and completion of assigned projects.

  • Monitor site progress continuously and ensure compliance with scheduled supply plans.

  • Coordinate with customers on all project-related issues and provide timely feedback.

  • Work closely with internal teams, design, procurement, finance, site teams, and project management to ensure seamless project delivery.

  • Follow up and coordinate with subcontractors for effective project execution.

  • Liaise with the procurement team to ensure timely supply of all required materials.

  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and consultants for engineering activities, inspections, and project documentation.



What We’re Looking For




  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E/B.Tech)

  • Experience: 6–9 years of hands-on experience in EPC projects, specifically Substation Installation

  • Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent

  • Industry Exposure: EPC Industry, Substation Installation.



Salary Range

N350,000 – N400,000 monthly (based on experience and qualifications).
