Job Summary




  • We are seeking a proactive Customer Service officer to support our spare parts and service operations.

  • The ideal candidate will handle customer communication, coordinate service activities, process quotations and invoices, and ensure timely reporting and documentation.

  • Experience in CRM or service coordination will be an added advantage.



Key Responsibilities




  • Repair and maintenance Services

  • Coordinate after-sales service activities to maintain customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare quotations and process orders for spare parts and repairs.

  • Handle invoicing and ensure accurate documentation of transactions.

  • Follow up with customers on service delivery and payment status.

  • Submit periodic reports as required by management.

  • Maintain organized filing of all service and sales records.



Qualifications




  • Candidates should possess an HND qualification / B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration or a related field

  • 1 – 2 years relevant experience in service, sales support, or spare parts operations

  • Strong computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Good communication and organizational abilities

  • Experience with CRM tools is an advantage

  • Age Range: 18 – 30 Years

  • Gender: Male/Female



Salary

N80,000 – N150,000 (Gross) Monthly.
