We are seeking a mature, highly experienced Sales Executive with in-depth knowledge of the travel and tourism industry.
The ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of global destinations, travel trends, and client needs — with proven expertise in promoting travel packages, tours, and related services.
The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving sales growth, building strategic client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote the company’s travel products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and individual customers.
Identify new business opportunities within the travel and hospitality sector.
Provide expert advice on travel destinations, visa requirements, and itinerary planning.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive lead generation and follow-ups.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
Stay updated on international travel regulations, emerging markets, and competitor trends.
Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the company’s brand.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 4–5 years’ proven experience in sales, most preferably within the travel and tourism industry.
Must be mature, confident, and client-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, airlines, visa processes, and tour operations.
Strong network of corporate and individual clients in the travel industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online travel platforms (e.g., GDS systems, Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
