Job Summary




  • We are seeking a strategic and people-focused Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to provide comprehensive HR support and align business objectives with employees and management.

  • The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HRIS administration, learning and development, and overall HR strategy implementation to drive organizational performance and growth.



Key Responsibilities




  • Assist management to design and implement HR strategies that support business goals.

  • Manage and optimize HRIS platforms to ensure accurate data, reporting, and process efficiency.

  • Assist to identify learning and development needs, and coordinate training programs that enhance employee capability and career growth.

  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.

  • Assist in talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives.

  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to provide insights and recommend improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and company standards.

  • Support culture-building initiatives that foster engagement, collaboration, and high. performance



Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)




  • Employee engagement and retention rates.

  • HRIS data accuracy and reporting efficiency.

  • Training participation and post-training performance improvement.

  • Recruitment turnaround time and quality of hire.

  • Timely resolution of employee relations issues.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field).

  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, PHRI) is an added advantage.

  • Minimum of 2 – 3 years experience in HRBP or HR generalist roles.

  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and data-driven HR management.

  • Experience in designing and executing learning and development programs.

  • Strong communication, advisory and relationship management skills

  • Excellent understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
