About the Role




  • Our client is seeking an experienced Brand Manager (Consultant) to drive brand strategy, manage end-to-end brand activities, and support commercial execution for a 3–6-month engagement.

  • The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, commercially aware, and capable of delivering high-impact brand initiatives in a fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute comprehensive Brand Plans in line with company vision and global guidelines.

  • Manage brand budgets and ensure optimal allocation across ATL and BTL activities.

  • Lead brand engagement programs in collaboration with communication, trade marketing, and sales teams.

  • Support the Brand Activation Calendar and provide bi-monthly performance updates to internal stakeholders.

  • Partner with the Communications department to drive PR, events, and brand image-building activities.

  • Develop detailed launch plans for new products, including PR, event execution, on-trade and off-trade activations.

  • Generate actionable consumer insights (market trends, competition, segmentation, value props) to support commercial teams.

  • Conduct regular market monitoring and internal sales analysis by brand, channel, and region.

  • Communicate operational updates, activation calendars, and coordinate brand-related visits.

  • Support the organization of VIC dinners and deliver post-event evaluations.

  • Monitor POSM stock levels and ensure optimal allocation.

  • Contribute innovative ideas, demonstrate strong teamwork, and encourage out-of-the-box thinking.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).

  • 5–8 years proven experience as a Brand Manager within FMCG, ideally wine & spirits or beverages.

  • Strong understanding of Brand Management and marketing principles.

  • Experience in Commercial and Trade Marketing.

  • Highly creative and digitally savvy.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • French language proficiency is an added advantage.

  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis skills; familiarity with tools like ESSBASE, EOS, and Microsoft database systems.

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
