Summary




  • As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by leading sales initiatives, expanding market share, and managing key client relationships.

  • You will oversee the sales team, develop strategic sales plans, and ensure successful execution to meet revenue targets and support the company’s long-term growth objectives.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business goals and revenue targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sectors.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and industry stakeholders.

  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of technical proposals, bids, and quotations.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to guide sales strategy.

  • Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for executive management.

  • Ensure compliance with internal sales processes, pricing guidelines, and contract terms.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 7 – 10 years of proven sales experience in the construction industry.

  • Strong technical understanding of construction-related products.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams and achieve ambitious revenue targets.

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

  • A strong network within the construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors is highly preferred.

  • High level of professionalism, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen.



Salary

N1,000,000 - N1,500,000 monthly
